It looks like Shatta Wale has beaten Sarkodie's record after pulling quite the crowd at his headline concert Indigo at the O2 in London on Friday, August 26. Organisers have disclosed that Shatta Wale pulled a lot more patrons than Sarkodie's show at the same venue which took place in March this year.
CEO of Akwaaba UK, Dennis Tawiah who organised both concerts, spoke on Peace FM a day after the concert saying that the concert was "almost filled to capacity."
According to him, Sarkodie's concert was "Not full to capacity but attendance was perfect." He however failed to readily give figures of attendances for both events, "March is winter time and August is summer time so sometimes you have to measure both but I would say the shows were wonderful adverts for Ghana," Dennis Tawiah added.
At Friday's concert, Shatta Wale treated patrons to some of his smash hit sings including, 'Chop Kiss', 'Kakai' and 'Mahama Paper'.

Meanwhile the dancehall act has asked critics to stop comparing his concert to that of Sarkodie.
